Thing is, with other surgeries when you go to a shit Dr. You might end up uglier, but your functionality is still good and you usually can reverse the bad surgery

This surgery separates the high inhib procrastinators from the low inhib yoloer's who are tired of living with subhuman qualities. It’s very hard for medicines to edit your genes without causing a range of issues. A selective carrier is needed to target specific areas and gene markers and that would take a while to perfect.
