You can’t operate the same way since the muscle, fascia, and tendons will be stretched out of their normal genetic limits. You won’t ever be able to as a man squat decent amount of weight. Take impact from dunking like normal tall dudes can. No amount of polymetrics will do that. I’m not even going to bother looking at any clinic even our American ones that are performing it.
I don’t doubt that American ones are better than Turkish ones but it isn’t a viable surgery.

You can’t just say LL is a crippling surgery when you can find plenty of good results as well. These incels went to the slums of Turkey to get that shit. It’s a viable and life changing surgery for some people who go to a good clinic.

It’s very hard for medicines to edit your genes without causing a range of issues. A selective carrier is needed to target specific areas and gene markers and that would take a while to perfect. For example, we already have myostatin inhibitors that work well for muscle growth, but they grow everything including organs. That’s just one example

The dudes who are getting LL want to reach 6ft with proportions of a 5’7 manlet. Even at 5’11 a dude with 5’7 wingspan will look comical. On top of which they won’t be able to function normally. How many of these Vegas patients are able to sprint, jump, squat or even do remotely decent weight leg exercises? If they can then they likely didn’t add much to their height, then the surgery was a waste. Maybe increasing 2-3 inches would be viable.
