I’m 16 and I am heavily recessed in my lower jaw. At 13 I had normal forward growth. Now I am more recessed with less forward growth. Is it over?

I have this same issue but with my macula I’m not sure if my lower jaw just changed and came more foward but I have photos of when I was 15 with good foward growth and maxilla projection but now I’m almost 18 and it is way more receded not really sure how lol I also got braces and 2 extractions so more then likely is that but I’m not sure
