Morning facial cleanser

I have oily skin , do you recommend using a cleanser in the morning? I have been using only water for a while, but my skin looks quite bad and I use epiduo at night

Might not be the best but cetaphil oily skin cleanser is good yes use in the morning

nigga fuck epiduo it gived me permament i think bad skin barier i stopped using ts 1 month ago i think and still my face gets read easly when i touch it + when u are on epiduo and u pop a pimple a scar guarented

But what the hell am I supposed to do? I went to the doctor and they told me to use that, and I dont know I cant use anything else for my skin.

for different type of skin u need different things, u cant just buy anything that helped random guy
i used a lot of skinkare but nothing helped, now i use only bromic acid powder( 2gramms to 100ml of watter) that shit realy helps idk why
also my skin better rn cuz i stopped overdrying it, head to good cosmetologist and ask whatever u want

for u might work good like it works but ur skin barier is going to be demaged for ATLEAST 6 weeks
