ok so upon waking i am 179.5cm tall, and around 23 last night i was 178cm. is there anything i can supplement / do to retain that morning height for longer? i remember seeing some looksmaxxing youtuber say glucosamine sulfate helps your discs stay full of water for longer which translates into more height in the evening, so i'm wondering if there's anything like that that's actually confirmed to work.
