years i know but my mom wont get it for me unless i actually need it (broke my nose in a fight or accident) also how do i even testmaxx?

i mean the basics are 1h + sun per day, 8h+ sleep, raw meat and organs, walking, low stress, etc theres plenty of guides on it

if you ask the government yes, but the chance of getting sick from leafy greens is 2x more than raw milk
just find a good source and dont stress

this is. I don’t think it is a big change, your nose is your biggest problem but it doesn’t make you look bad, keep working on you bro (htn with or without rhino).

appreciate it bro, people actually irl dont see my nose as an issue, they actually say it fits me and makes me look masculine, but i just dont personally like my nose ( thanks for the htn rating )
