Morph of Before & After my DIY Jaw Filler + Lip Filler & Rhinoplasty| What I'm hoping for

I widened my lips a bit in this too, I doubt its possible to do that with filler, but i'll try and do it nontheless.

No filler for my midface, but we roll.

Before this is done ~March 2026, I'll dye my hair a darker shade of brown and dye my eyebrows a few shades darker.

On top of this, I'm planning on getting rhinoplasty in mid-2026, I still have to see what my finances are going to look like after I move out of my parents house.

And of course I'll be rocking green contact lenses 24/7

I'm estimating the result to be around 6-10ml, I still haven't decided on how much I'll do.

The filler is aimed at making my gonial angle better and my jaw width better.

I’ve Seen lots of talk about midface filler being much harder to do correctly without the risk of migration . The morph looks great tho best of luck to you man

If I do midface filler it will not be done by me, it'll be done by a professional

Highest risk area, most sensitive area, and the most complicated place to do, maybe even more complicated than infra/supra filler

Yeah it’s a tough area. Even my plastic surgeon refused to do it on me because he didn’t want to risk it not working out long term

Forget about rhinoplasty, what you want is too risky and i assume most wouldn’t even try to correct that.

It isn't that difficult, during my chin filler I didn't feel any pain lol

not sure why people are scared of it, doing aqualyx is scarier for me

Yes i see the asymmetry. You could improve it with lip filler for sure, forget about rhino u have good nose already and it doesn’t look asymmetrical atleast not in motion.

I have a dorsal bump from the side & its a bit bulbous, I've been bothered by it for a while and rhinoplasty isn't insanely expensive

I don't think there's a permanent way to fix your lips, so semi-permanent is fine by me

pdo threads to fix upper-lip asymmetry and increase perceived mouth width.

this is like 3-4 weeks post, they should be settled by now, I just cropped out some random selfies so don't mind the low-ish quality. here's a diagram of how they're placed. red and blue are mono pdo threads, the green stripes are screw types, I used 25mm thread/30mm needles for both that...

Jaw implants suck and cheek filler will migrate down quickly

Jaw filler is a good place and if it does migrate, it’ll be easier to target with hyaluronidase

Lowkey filler is so underrated and overhated as long as the person performing the procedure on you knows what he is doing you wont look uncanny and it wont migrate especially if you dissolve it and get it again every 6-8 months

Took the words right out of my mouth, but I wouldn't dissolve every 6 months, 9-10 would be better
