[MORPH] Should I use filler to reduce my deep chin crease?

I had genio to correct a recessed mandible (BSSO was not an option for me unfortunately due to dental constraints). Helped me a lot but now I also have a deep fold under my lip now. A couple questions:

1. Does this even matter?
2. Can I go from the left image to the right with filler?

That’s what I wanted but I got botched by an orthodontist and had a couple oral surgeons tell me it was no longer an option due to the dental alignment. Definitely would have been the way to go though. This was before my surgery:

My orthodontist deviated from the treatment plan without telling me, when my oral surgeon realized what happened my ortho no shit told me he was doing me a favor because he figured out a way to fix my dental alignment with me having to go through surgery JFL. Guy was a retard and so was I for using him.

My 90 degree angle sucks for whatever reason. From other angles I’m pretty happy with my results. I’ll have to ask my surgeon about the crease, as I already intend to get filler.
