whats more accurate, a mirror, a selfie, a picture with the back camera from far away, or a picture of a mirror reflection? Depending on where im seeing myself my skull size varies and sometimes my skull looks peanut sized whereas in others it looks just fine

Just confused on my head size lol, i feel like a peanut head but its never been mentioned to me that i have a small head or anything similar. Might be my BDD messing with me but im unsure
