There’s no such thing as prioritising. Every muscle need to be big

show me a single example of someone who has decent shoulders/chest/back but whose physique is ruined by small arms, not from some stupid BB standard, but from an aesthete perspective

Enjoy your small arms then

This doesn’t exist cause of you have big chest and back your arms will grow

so you should prioritize chest and back is what you're saying
yes you need to “prioritise” chest back and shoulders because you will do them first that doesn’t mean that you’re gonna stop training biceps and triceps

btw my point isn’t that you should try to get big shoulders or lats etc. I’m just trying to say that these beginners that don’t have much muscle in the first place would be better of completely growing in all regards rather than “prioritising” muscles. Btw if you’re prioritising chest back and shoulders that’s pretty much 90% of your upper body jfl. That’s like me saying I prioritise everything other than my calves.

so you should prioritize chest and back is what you're saying
Prioritise Chest and back, sure. Those will obviously massively build your chest and back but also indirectly train forearms and biceps. They won’t grow as fast as if you added an exercise or 2 for biceps and biceps.

I just don’t think people who go to the gym to build an aesthetic physique not do arms. Every single guy in the gym trains arms at least once a week. I can’t see why anyone would decide to not train them.

you don't want to prioritize, you want to ignore thoses who we would say matter less, because you are lazy
just train everything, no point in having any muscle smaller
