I'm black with a 3.6 GPA, my resume had 2 personal projects and I'm a part of a school club where we launched an app together (barely any downloads but it doesn't really matter). Tbh black is just ez mode I'm the only black male in every single one of my classes and at my internship, I'm probably the only one they even interviewed.

Same in almost every first world country. This is good long term for those that study and get normal careers as there will be a massive underclass of failed influencers that didn't take high level jobs and will end up working retail/fast food. Less competition.
Yes a relevant club is worth listing on a resume under the "experience" section along with your role in the club and bullet points of what you did. You can lie about your position in the club tbh and they wouldn't even know.
It's mostly male but still a good number of women in clubs/CS, in my classes it's like 65% male 35% female. College ratios are reaching 2 women for every men. Most of those women aren't in STEM but a good chunk are bleeding into STEM so yeah it's not that bad. As an anecdote, all of my study partners I do work with have happened to be female.

Why GPA is so important in USA? Why people even care about it? In Poland there is almost no difference if you finished collage having high grades or average grades.
It's not the end al be all but it's helpful. Internship experience is far more important.
