that is the definition but i have a different range too, 1999 is the start of zoomer imo the oldest tiktokers are 99 like bryce hall, and they grew up with social media and smartphones throughout their teen years which is enough to have a differnt upbringing to mid 90's kids who used myspace and chatrooms

Yeah, practice helped me get somewhat better socially. I have to spends weeks gathering data on someone so I can properly socialise with them. It doesn't come natural to me at all.
