ITs almost ideal for you, keep that body looks good
Only thing you should focus on now is skin, like cut sodium i think, thats only small thing to improve for you
i am now going for 12% :) i am just really curious how i look at that bf% i am right now eating 2300-2400 a day and going to the gym 6 times a week to also get some newbiegains :)
 
You are not lower than 20%. You carry a lot of fat on your love handles

Maybe 1-2 % over but fairly close to 20%, you aren’t outrageously out of shape it’s just I can see you’re no where near 15% 😋

People always underestimate how much fat they carry. 15% is very good shape, 6 weeks of dieting you’re down to 12%. Most guys don’t understand this

in a 500 deficit would it takes 6 weeks to go to 15?

Depends entirely on how many calories you are going to be burning additionally to that 500 calorie deficit. It takes 3500 calories in deficit to lose 1 lb of fat. So you’ll need to burn 3000 calories a week to lose 6 lbs in 6 weeks. That’s the basic formula so you do the math with your bodyweight as to how many calories you need to lose to get to 15% bodyfat.

Skinny guys think they are 10% when they are 15-16% range. Fat distribution for some is stored in their legs, others their love handles. You go on the advice of people that don’t even work out. Go to a bodybuilding forum and ask guys that are in actual good shape for a body fat estimation if you don’t believe me.

It is not your cheekbones or buccal fat. It is your underbite and recessed chin + downwards grown lower third that gives you a permanent bloated face look.

You would still look weird, just saying. Sure being leaner is always good but I think you should focus more on fixing your underbite and recessed chin.
