Which surgeon has the best understanding of male aesthetics and knows how to best correct ones failos? I seen Taban mentioned quite a bit he does some crazy surgeries for solely cosmetic reasons so should I contact him? Need substantial work done to my face. Geographical location does not matter to me.

Eppley is the most blackpilled, although he isn't the most skilled. Eppley is infamous for giving incels all sorts of implants, IIRC he gave someone a skull implant so he could heightmaxx.
