yea i got the mind muscle connection right, but still just gripping the bar is hard, my grip is weak as sht, my friend whos weaker than me in everyway can grip the thick 45 lb deadlifting plate while i cant

U got small hands or some shit? Try the squeeze thingies to work out grip strength or do rock climbing. It’s fun and u get insane grip and forearm strength.
