most bped maxillofac surgeons in spain / uk?

I was wondering if there's any truly BPed maxillofac surgeons in western Europe. I've heard of Alfaro but I've seen brutal botches so I'm abstaining from even consulting him.

I've already got Pagnoni and Ramieri as candidates to perform the surgery, but I haven't consulted either yet. I heard Raffaini is very conservative and has a big ego, so I'd rather go with either Pagnoni or Ramieri.

However, I'd also like to add Spanish or British surgeons to the list so I can get various consultations from different skilled maxillofac surgeons. Initially, I'm planning on going with Ramieri as from what I've heard he's the best choice for males looking for bimax + genio. Thank you beforehand

TL;DR = Looking for BPed maxillofac surgeons with good aesthetic vision in Spain and / or UK. Already have Pagnoni and Ramieri in consideration. Looking to get bimax + genio.

You are considering two of the best surgeons, stick to them. There aren’t many reliable and “blackpilled” surgeons in the UK.
