I've been using 10-15mg mk677 before bed and it improves sleep quality as well as my skin nails and hair. It's pretty pricy now though.

Any injectable ghrps I can get off there that would be more cost effective for these purposes? Or is mk677 still the cheapest especially when I factor in money saved on insulin needles/
