i get my AI from a pharmacy nearby, i pay about 15 dollars for 28 tablets of letrozole 2.5mg, so 15 dollars per month, but it might be much more expensive where you live, i live in iraq so all drugs are really cheap because of good generics, even pharma hgh is a dollar per iu, my full heightmaxxing stack with pharma hgh costs 200 dollars per month, this price includes supplements and igf lr3 aswell

you can combine mk677 with ghrp 2 or 6 to get a more natural gh pulse rythm throughout the day, but mk677 and AI is enough imo, if you do use letrozole tho, dont put more strain on your liver with sarms and orals because lipids are already fucked on letrozole, you have to also consider the insulin resistance on mk677, and using something like berberine is counter intuitive imo because it lowers igf 1 production, so take breaks every now and then
how often to take breaks and how long?
every 3 months or so i take a week long break from hgh and igf 1 lr3, i intermittent fast and eat only meat and over very low GI foods to restore insulin sensitivity, but if i were to use mk677 id do 1 month on / 1 week off, and dont take break from AI

Yea but MK677 should always be combined with a somatostatin inhibitor whether that be Vitamin B5 and Alpha GPC/CDP-Citocholine or L-arginine. You get about 3 IU's of pharma HGH when combining MK677 with other factors. T4 supplementation was also proven to increase HGH levels by 16ng/dl. So you can like roughly 4IU's of pharma GH when using T4, MK677, and a somatostatin inhibitor.
