You will never ‘ascend’. The best you will do it go up by 0.25PSL despite doing skincare, working out, etc. You were never destined to be good looking. You will sit and stare in the mirror and look at yourself. You will see yourself and still wonder why you can’t get any girls, any validation or attention. I hate fake NTness more than anything imagine not living life genuine true to yourself.

Also having lean muscular slender body and good skin complexion from healthy diet and fasting periodically have helped me even more than surgeries I have had. I just happened to be failo hard by bloated and water retention, however underneath those are harmonious features of mine.
