I love in general when comments say "you looked better before" like someone who has done a permanent surgery can reverse the surgery and look like they did before if you believe they had body dismorphia you arent letting them let go of it you are giving them a new thing to be insecure about

The audacity to shamelessly lie be looked like an egg before surgery and he looks way better now, they're just upset that their idealized version of plastic surgery doesn't exist (Chad gets nose surgery for neglible difference, framed as facial restructure)
