neutral or positive tilt is just more common

positive tilt is a halo but you need to have a lot of tilt like Ballou. I see guys with "slightly positive" tilted eyebrows all the time, and it doesn't halo them unless they have the length and density to go along with it

I have slightly negative tilt and can fraud neutral tilt by plucking my top eyebrow hairs. Thankfully my eyebrow density and length is top tier to compensate

Idk I can’t tell from that angle but it looks neutral, some eyebrow slits may actually ascend your triad points a bit in your case if you use them to fraud the tilt.
