In terms of genetics idk but the male idols and influencers 98% of the time is natural besides some famous cases so overall although the normal person won't look like that if they were lean and did all the correct things they could look good, as for the females usually the surgeries are small but there could be some big ones but even having the base to get surgery and look really good after shows that they aren't far behind looks wise
