Why do people call them NT?

1st and 2nd gen immigrants from 3rd world are usually lower inhib which is why people say that I think. I don't have a lot of 1st hand experience though

Yes, first-gen immigrants are the most inhib. Second-gen aren’t accepted by society, like their parents, but instead of trying to assimilate, they rebel. They do what they want, and they have their own cliques, and they refuse to try and whitewash themselves. It’s a two-way problem, because on the one hand you have the natives who aren’t accepting of them and on the other hand you have the second-gen who refuses to assimilate because of the natives’ attitudes. We don’t see the point in whitewashing ourselves if we won’t be accepted anyway.
