I dont know about this. im sure for those with a micropenis its probably the primary reason, but the percentage of the population with a micropenis is very small as far as Im aware, and i doubt there is a much much greater percentage on this site

Agree 100%. I dont have acne and I really dont understand how people get it? I do need to keep up with my skincare routine, my skin isnt great regardless

Big part genetics. You simply cannot make your eyeballs grow for example no matter how well you developed during your childhood/teenage years.

If we're talkin obvious falios, then improper facial development. If we're talking about falios that make things seem worse then they actually are, then acne takes the win. Shit can knock you down 2 points if you dont try and maintain good skin. Acne will make you red and is associated with oily/flaky skin. I have began taking care of my skin more, washing three times a day, applying medication, looking for a proper moistuezer, etc. The skin can definitely be a halo if you have plain features.
