Agree OP. I look at r/PlasticSurgery often and it's sad to see a lot of decent-looking girls get stupid-looking ski slope noses that make them look 5. A large percentage, maybe even half, look worse afterwards.

You've walked past plenty of women in your life that had natural-looking rhinos. They just don't stand out. Rhino is one of the easiest surgeries to make natural-looking, if that's the intention of everyone involved.

I think doing a rhino for improving your symmetry is good. But trying to change the entire shape of your nose when is normal already is retarded imo.
