wtf do i even do to fix this?



I can breathe perfectly fine because I flex philtrum, which prevents my nostrils from closing, but I really want to get this fixed. Would I be a candidate for surgery? Would I benefit from jaw surgery or would I just need something done on my nose?

pls reply with any surgeries you think i'd benefit from to fix my fucked up nose and jaw

My dentist said I have perfect teeth and I've never needed braces, so does that mean my jaw is fine?
also yeah i had a pimple on my neck in the pic. it's gone now tho
