If you’re lean and aesthetic it’s a major boost still to your attractiveness, having abs is still rare, perhaps even more rare than it was 20 years ago.

Yea I agree. I am fat too at like 22% bf yet no one irl would say I am fat. But low muscle mass plus 20% bf is death sentence.

At my work most guys are fat but do lift, 2 guys in my team alone are benching 100kg+ and deadlift 200kg+ and once Reta goes mainstream it’ll be over.

Yeah I was 20%+ with low muscle and looked shit, rn I’m 20%+ with decent muscle and it’s night and day difference
