Standard workouts of bench press, shoulder press etc is not the ideal, ive tested every workout, and in my opinion a calisthenics based approach is best, u have to be somewhat advanced at it though, and not do the showoff exercise (muscle up) but theres a reason gymnasts are super jacked.What do you mean by traditional gymcelling?
Yeah most of them are bloated cause they don’t do cardioMost gymcels look bloated and completely unaesthetic. Unless you have great genetics, you will need roids or sarms to look wow. Even then frame and insertions dictate how you will look.
The problem is it’s hard to do cardio and diet down to let’s say 10 percent whilst keeping most of your muscle. Like someone said above you need good AR receptors or roids.Yeah most of them are bloated cause they don’t do cardio
If you do HIIt and lift and eat alot of healthy food you can make it. You don't need cardio to not look bloated. You just have to eat less calories to go into a calorie deficit. And if you lift, most of the weight you lose in a deficit will be body fat.Yeah most of them are bloated cause they don’t do cardio

If you do 20 minutes of HIIT you can be fine lifting and early healthy. You don’t need alot of running on the treadmill like most gymcellers think is cardioTbh I like cardio probably more than lifting so it’s easy for me.
