It’s called the big guy lie. Muh I’m huge i can lift and bench alot of weight. Not alot of them are lean or asthetic they just lift and eat whatever

Calisthenics mogs, L sit pullups. Ring pushups. Korean dips. with some banded behind the neck shoulder press and banded rows and ur good to go.

He had polio when he was younger destroying his leg muscles

That’s a good physique. How long did it take you and did you use steroids?
No steroids. No sarms, ive only worked out seriously since covid started. 12 march 2020.

26, im 29 now.

I had no time for working out pre covid, covid laid me off work. but it gave me freedom to research actual gymcelling, and whats working and whats not working, traditional gymcelling is not working.

Standard workouts of bench press, shoulder press etc is not the ideal, ive tested every workout, and in my opinion a calisthenics based approach is best, u have to be somewhat advanced at it though, and not do the showoff exercise (muscle up) but theres a reason gymnasts are super jacked.
 
Most gymcels look bloated and completely unaesthetic. Unless you have great genetics, you will need roids or sarms to look wow. Even then frame and insertions dictate how you will look.

The problem is it’s hard to do cardio and diet down to let’s say 10 percent whilst keeping most of your muscle. Like someone said above you need good AR receptors or roids.

If you do HIIt and lift and eat alot of healthy food you can make it. I think guys just don’t want to putting the effort of hard cardio

You don't need cardio to not look bloated. You just have to eat less calories to go into a calorie deficit. And if you lift, most of the weight you lose in a deficit will be body fat.

I used to run last summer during my last cut. I'm not gonna bother with running anymore because its not good for knees. I'm going to go on walks for my next cut. But I'm still not finished my bulk. My bulk probably won't be done until the fall or maybe even later. So I won't have much opportunity to go for walks outside then.

Tbh I like cardio probably more than lifting so it’s easy for me. I guess you’re right but you need to be careful with diet and protein Intake as well.

If you do 20 minutes of HIIT you can be fine lifting and early healthy. You don’t need alot of running on the treadmill like most gymcellers think is cardio
