Worst part about it is that it takes close to no effort having a good body as a woman, hit the gym like 2-3 times a week and put the fork down... Whereas if you want to reach the male ideal you'll have to hit the gym 6x a week for 2-3+ yrs, inject sarms, eat enough food and so forth

that's because ideal female body is a matter of being born with bones (long legs, wide hips, small ribcage) which takes no/little gym effort.

male ideal body is bones (height, wide shoulders, narrow hips) PLUS muscle, which takes consistent gym 6x per week
