My point was that if you want something bad enough you wouldn’t really need discipline in the first place. For example if you really want to be a good guitar player you would just practise guitar without the need to discipline yourself all the time. You would just get good fast in a short amount of time because you really enjoy doing it.

My point is that if you need discipline in the first place you don’t want it bad enough, you’re not passionate enough or you’re just coping.
