I feel like that’s the issue with Giant implants, he’s basing all his designs off of the ideal of alien looking models and putting it on people meant to have pretty average ass faces

The patients are also partially to be blame because they have unrealistic expectations about what surgery can actually achieve.
It's no surprise that they turn towards someone who tells them what they want to hear.

The thing is often you need soft tissue surgeries asweell as implants. Many people need some skin toghtening, fat grafting and maybe even eye lid retraction in many cases. Jaw implants is also hard as the muscle will not cover it all
