Tbh gum is kinda cope for jaw past like 16, I chewed religiously and only got TMJ and gigabloated Maybe I fucked it up though tbh idk, it did ascend my hyoid though, legit went from truecel side to highltn-lowmtn average flat gook side

It must increase your masseters though right, which is purely muscle. If you have a narrow jaw and you chew in theory it should make it wider

If you chew too fast/hard you just get TMJ but it did ascend my jaw from ltn to mtn, chew slowly and don’t use buccinators, only chew from molar and chew extremely slowly imo, but I’m just a amateur so do more research tbh
