Most important surgeries needed to change eye area (pics included)

My eyes are my shittest area by far while the rest of my face is decent.

What surgeries are enough to make my eyes at least good but also trying to have as little surgery as possible as each time carries a risk of something going wrong - so in terms of biggest impact

So far I have thought of tear trough filler, blepharoplasty and canthoplasty. Do you think this is enough?

Along with fat graft to eyes will make them good enough

Cantho and fat graft

would you say implants are of any use after those or overrated?

You're obviously a worse case than this guy, but you have similar issues, this result is fat transfer alone. Surgeon could do more fat on you to give partial hooding. Fat to the outer canthus region / brow can tilt them upwards too.

After that I'd heavily consider custom infras, your midface is deficient. Finally cantho.

Canthoplasty, reverse blepharoplasty or fat grafts (temporary), Orbital implants (best option) avoid filler or any temporary solutions. for softmaxx buy Grande lash serum use twice a day to increase eyelash length works very well contains prostaglandins but make sure to use volufilline to counteract the fat loss (works for me) also get a eyelash curler and use that and Vaseline to make ur eyelashes stay in place. Mascara/kohl/eye pencil can be used too just depends on how far you'll go

Lifefuel tbh , made his eyes more deepset and it even made his canthal tilt appear better

I have a theory that upper periorbital fat grafting actually DOES improve ct slightly. The same way it raises the brows, it stretches the skin at the lateral canthus making it tighter, I've seen many examples that prove this, even better than the one I posted there. Thats a dogshit example tbh because his eye area was (and still is) sub3.

Best example I've seen is probably this. Best fat placement I've seen thus far, inner canthus and tapering out laterally.
