ik things like sleep a lot drink water and stuff but is it a good time to hop on peptides and shi?
 
Sleep is the most important but tbh genetics is the biggest factor

if you are aware at puberty you shouldnt really pin since thats mostly more recommended for people around 18 who are out of their puberty but just eat good sleep good, I would recommend not being in a calorie deficit to get "lean" or something like that but just live your life exercise and chew hard gum to try your jaw if your diet doesnt has something hard or chewy that would train your jaw

get enough vitamis and nutrients, and have a good posture, it's affects on ur face

If ur thinking about using peptides. for skin for example. just use a derma roller or micro needle. as it is way safer as pinning because even the slightest mistake could ruin ur puberty or maybe even ur life
