Keep coping, that's a great result, the only uncanny thing are those ass eyebrows and light strabismus. Surgerywise this is an incredible success

cheekbone implants are ass, they look really uncanny most of the time. Plasty detaches the tendon while pexy pulls out the outer corner, they work in different ways

if you want to avoid zigoma filler at all cost a high cut leFort works best, but he put the filler on the base of the outer corner where the infra implants and fat graft couldn't reach for better support of the lateral canthus.
