I would try to talk first and if it doesn't work I would use violence in last ressort but only to neutralize him, thats what vinland saga has taugth me, so no I don't think Killing is just. And war is a désagrément between 2 or multiple ppl these guy should resolve their problem on their own by playing chess perhaps, War is the worst thing in the word as you seen in the vid these guys could've been friend they had family etc
