As a kid I never understood the significance of how my family would act toward me at certain times or certain remarks but it’s like at the same time I did understand because I did internalize it all

Absolutely. My family teased me I am short and told me to earn money so that i could be a betabux. Even my own mom teases me to the importance of money without it i would get nothing. My sister also compared me to others that I am short though she is shrit for a girl. I confronted and tells that u are short a sa man and I am girl so I am cute.
