Because they're traditional, they have sex after marriage...
And this introversion/extroversion thing doesn't have much to do with having regular sex. You can be in a country with extroverted, friendly people but conservative values like in the middle East, India, Pakistan, etc. where men don't get laid and women save themselves for marriage, or in country with cold, unfriendly people like the Nordic countries where girls and Chads have plenty of sex...
And of course there are also the central and south American countries where almost everyone is usually extroverted and gets laid, even subhumans.

to answer OP, in most countries the rule usually is: introverted= more "trad"/formal areas (doesnt mean anything anymore though, as ive explained above);
extroverted= more "liberal"\ party areas
