Ever noticed how all the most advocated for procedures in this forum do not require you to do anything actively ? Injectables of all types, surgery, implants, fat graft... the list goes on. These things do not require you to do anything, other than maybe getting the money to get access to them. I've seen a lot of people here that take steroids and don't even go to the gym.
I think this way of thinking is based upon the misconception that your appearance is entirely determined by your genetics. You begin to think that the only way to actually change your looks is with invasive procedures, which do all the work for you while you just sit there. Instead of doing something and taking control, you project yourself in an idealized future where you got all your surgeries, implants and whatever else you think you need. That's called delusion.
