I'm playing rugby right now, and my cardio is holding me back. Running is off the table because I got shin splints recently, and besides, I'll get runner's face from all the bouncing up and down. Some other options would be rowing, swimming, or cycling. Or perhaps I could just do plyometrics and weightlifting with high reps or something. I want to retain as much youthfulness in the face and muscle mass as possible.
