Nigga start falling in love with routines , like going to the gym consistently, keeping up with skincare , consistent diet , haircuts, appointments, or other daily looksmaxxes like applying minox or topicals which yield results over time because of consistency, make looksmaxxing like brushing your teeth , most people just wanna ascend and think they will just wake up effortlessly good looking and they dont have to do anything is retarded and lazy , you NEED routine and consistent results over time to truly ascend . You will always need to do something .

I would keep a routine if I could wake up to alarms. I even tried buying alarms for deaf people but they still dont wake me up. Though, I could do what I do for school which is to wake up at around 1-6 am then go to school at 7 am
