You need a decent base for modeling an UNIQUENESS, and then the angle frauding, cake up, lighting, Photoshop etc is the rest.

The typical B list male model makes crappy money, but to get work they have to live in NYC or LA and be available on short notice, and they have to kiss ass (etc) of the typically gay male designer/ ad producer.
