Idk i dont think ice hooding works, i saw a thread on here debunking it, i think i tried it one time for uee but my uee was already covered since i had woken up an hour ago, so results were negligible. try latisse tho

doesnt look TOO bad maybe try setting phone on a window sill or smth and go 2m away and level out camera and eyes and see again
