Most new fags on the forum don't even know what psl means

Newfags be asking "whats my psl?", saying psl this, psl that..... but they have no idea of what it is and don't even think to ask what it means

PSL stands for the initials of the founding blackpill / looksmax forums:

PUAhate
Sluthate
Lookism

PUAhate was shut down quickly after Elliot Rodger because he was posting there.
Sluthate fell into irrelevancy and users migrated to lookism.
Lookism was recently shut down ending the legacy of the 3 founding members.

Looksmax.org is now the largest blackpill board online, but the term psl still gets thrown around. There's no longer really a point in using it, people just do it out of tradition.

It's still useful to use because it only factors in face and is a different way of rating the face ( from my understanding) A face can be high psl but lower on a regular rating scale. I do think that considering the majority of users here are looking to ascend with women it makes more sense to rate from a traditional appeal stance or SMV overall. Just my thoughts.

I'm actually a old user. Yea Pua slut hate, lookism. I was on slut hate and early lookism, and let me tell you it was so toxic. The people are a lot more kinder here on looksmax. Yea u still see negative trolls, but their easy to spot and not take seriously . It takes a while but over time you can respect the difference between real life and what this forum makes it to be. Minorities always got destroyed till recently. And being below 6ft you got destroyed. Majority of users never got above a 6.5-7 ( that was like the top rating ), average was a 3-4. For minorities, ugly users, Now if they are a regular poster and ignore the haters, it seems the board seems to respect their balls ( provided they showed their face) and update their lifestyle. The board also seems to respect money finally and escort maxing and sees the value in being NT/low inhibition rather then strictly looks. Location maxing is also promoted and weight lifting. For a while it was denied heavily, but several users proved how large a differenced it can make.

I mean this was almost a decade ago where they were publishing content. Before tinder and bumble and online dating being rampant, getting girls wasn't that difficult, so its believable. They just brainwashed people to think anybody had a change. None of them were ugly tbh, but were avg to slightly above avg the hispanic dude. They were a little above avg for their ethnicity , especially the asian dude kong I think his name. The problem was hypergamy kept getting worse by the year that their stuff became outdated.

Yup I remember on lookism net some old cels talked about how life was in the pre iPhone era, and super old guy now whose late 40s/50s I think his name was Old rooster dated pre internet eta. The key themes were up to the invention of the iPhone, girls who went to bars and clubs went their with the intention to meet men for the purposes of hooksups/short term relationships. Game made a lot more of a difference, and guys who had really good game could date up. Also having an elite body stood out much more as gym celling was not that mainstream. It still is rare, but now due to tik Tok and instagram the awe effect is not that much.

Flaking also was mentioned as being a less common, and for the ones who were already gym maxed it was very rare. Now even handsome slayers by psl standards get flaked.
