Most 'normal' life milestones are actually statistical outliers

The only reason most people get to experience their first kiss, loss of virginity, relationships/marriage, etc, is because historically religion forced it. In prehistoric times, being a lonely incel who did what they were told by the alphas was actually just the normal default. So was being a slave or serf. Most people did not get to pursue their dreams, if they even had them. They woke up early in the morning, ate a bland breakfast consisting of unseasoned oatmeal, worked the fields all day, returned home, ate some equally shitty dinner consisting of bread and/or cereals, maybe were given some type of alcohol if they were not totally enslaved, and perhaps were given some duty sex with their wives.

This has been the average human lifetime. Everything we now think of as 'normal' life milestones is not even remotely normal. They're the byproduct of delusion and privilege. You have no idea how unfathomably shitty and unremarkable the baseline human experience was and still is.

But because of modern degeneracy, things are slowly reverting to the old. Increasingly, women no longer pretend to give a shit about most men, making so-called 'normal' milestones increasingly uncommon except for the elite. Most guys are still coping with it, though.

I’ve never understood how people don’t get this. Back in the premodern era, humans were divided into classes. The lower class people didn’t even get to choose their wives and husbands most of the time. They only got married because they wanted children or the owner of the land, usually a noble demanded it. This means that marriage wasn’t about love, it was about practicality.

The only people who got even remotely close to experience their dreams were upper class rich people. Even though these people as well were pressured into marriage, they still could have concubines and mistresses on the side.

The only difference nowadays is that women are liberated which make them confess their true feelings about men.

It was so much bleaker than even what you just described. The lower classes weren't merely denied choice in who they were allowed to marry. They literally couldn't do much of anything at all. They couldn't move. They couldn't choose where to work (save for a relative minority of 'free' craftsmen, but even their choices were often limited). They couldn't eat anything but the most mundane foods (usually with little or no seasoning, spices being as valuable as gold). They had no entertainment except maybe alcohol and singing (even this was banned in some religions) except maybe in specific places like Rome and even then it was infrequent. They also couldn't read and even if they could've books were crazy expensive. There is a reason the afterlife was seen as so important; most of them understood their current condition was worthless and they were literally just waiting to die so that things could 'get better'. Hell on earth.

And even today, things aren't much different for much of humanity. Do you think a third world sweatshop worker is spending most of his free time (if he even has any) playing PlayStation or binge-watching Netflix?
