1. I havent tried it but probably ashwagandha for anxietycels
2. I will try NAC for OCD
3. vitamin D for mood maxxing
5. dopa mucuna for low dopamine. low dopamine = no motivation, cant just sit still it will frustrate you (e.g ADHD), it controls movement so maybe more stiff
