technically blue whale milk has the most macros and growth factors out of any type of milk

may not be the best unless bulking though

Why doesn’t China just milk dogs instead of eating them, looks like it’s the more nurturing option than cattle

what would you say is the number one milk on the list?
Goat, followed by cow (buffalo may be better , need to see if the Beta casomorphin in buffalo is high - since males generally produce less opiods it may not be the case)

no

I've never seen it sold anywhere probably because of how few blue whales there are and how hard it would be to obtain the milk

although 127grams of protein per quart is mogger plus it seems to be the highest in many of the other nutrients

probably because they have to get so big

the fat content is extremely high though

What about camel?

here are two studies

The average amount of components of camel milk is protein 3.1%; fat 3.5%; lactose 4.4%; ash 0.79%, and total solids 11.9% (11–16). The most important factor in camel milk is water content. The total solid content is similar to that human milk

camel milk is lower in fat and calories than cow milk, and it also contains more vitamins and minerals. Additionally, camel milk is a good source of iron and vitamin C.

it is supposedly from what I read in research articles pure white to yellowish in color and it almost has a toothpaste like consistency due to its high fat content. it is like 35% to 50% fat which to put in perspective heavy cream is 38% fat.

probably

we already know cow's milk does a lot for growth can you imagine milk from them

especially since blue whale milk has 40x the growth factors and many more probiotics

plus the thickness of it will probably mean it will use more jaw muscles to drink form a bottle

also adding that blue whale are able to produce this much milk because they have mammary glands that a bit over 5ft long and weight 250lbs

or 152.4cm and 113 kilos
