I'm down to 14.9% bf. I was 29% bf back on February 6th.

Losing body fat has definitely helped me become more attractive to women. I hooked up with a chick a couple weeks ago.

Yep if you don't have the bones going below 15% bodyfat does nothing for you and can make some people look worse than if they were 15%.
