I'm not some faggot who whines about his parents, they were shit but I sorted myself out

But yea no fucking self control in retrospect from my father, would crash out often. Now he is very chill though

Your mom is the female version of my dad. He criticizes my every action and throws a temper tantrum whenever anyone disagrees with him and talks about "I did this for 20 years so I know everything blah blah blah"

He's probably the reason both me and my sister are mentalcels. My sister has developed very narcy tendencies while I developed severely low-selfworth/self confidence, and we both got severe anxiety.

I wish I had the mental clarity earlier to realize how psychologically abusive and manipulative my father is but at least I know now while I'm not tied down to any place (not in a relationship and don't have any friends here where we moved to) . I plan to flee to a different state and go low-contact once I'm financially able to.

For the sake of your mental health it would probably be the best if you could distance yourself from her as much as possible.
