I don't want to be beholden to a boss for fucking benefits, in case my kid gets bitten by a bat or something just so I can afford the $10,000 - $16,000 rounds of rabies vaccinations that would only run me a total of about $30 in an actual 3rd world country.

I'm living in an actual 3rd world country now. Working less than 25 hours a week from home as the single breadwinner.
